The terms and conditions apply to the use of www.cambridgesatchel.co.uk the website. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions as stated on the website are subject to change at any point without prior notice to you. Please read them carefully before using the website and/or placing an order. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions as stated below, you should not use or access the website. Please note: All our satchels are lovingly handmade to order, and can take approximately 30 working days to be produced.
1. Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or an exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that satchels that have been personalised with embossing or sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
Please contact us for a returns form which upon receipt should be filled in and returned to us along with the satchel. If the return is due to a fault with the satchel you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.
Returns should be packaged securely, with the shoulder strap/backpack straps inside the satchel and sent to us using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

A full postage refund will be issued for items returned due to fault.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
2. Delivery
The delivery period in which you will receive your order is approximate. Your purchase will be sent to the address provided by you in your order unless a change of address has been confirmed by us. If you are ordering more than one item then your purchase may be sent out to you in instalments if items are out of stock.
Please note that with all orders shipped to Brazil, Brazilian taxes are 100% for which The Cambridge Satchel Company is not liable to pay.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order with us then please inform us as soon as possible by email, with CANCEL in the subject line. Please include your order number and use the same email address as stated on the order for identification. Any cancellations will be made when possible however please note that no cancellations can be guaranteed once an order has been placed due to the custom made nature of the product.
For cancelled orders refunds will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
4. Changes
If you have any changes or amendments to make to your order please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by calling us on 01223 833050. We will endeavor to fulfill any change requests, however we can offer no guarantee to this effect as your order may be too far through the manufacturing process.
We cannot guarantee any changes to orders for Limited Edition or Metallic Satchels once the order has been placed as these items are already made and therefore ship much sooner.
Please include your order number and use the same email address as stated on the order for identification.
5. Product Information
The Cambridge Satchel Company prides itself on using the finest quality of English leather in the manufacture of its satchels. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your satchel is produced to the highest of standards, we are unable to guarantee a uniformed appearance to each satchel as they are handmade from a natural product and slight imperfections may occur.
6. Payment Options
We accept Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express.
The total cost of the order is the price of the products and the delivery.
