TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Cambridge Satchel Company prides itself on its customer service - just read our testimonials.
Please note that all of our bags are made from natural cow leather and are hand made. They do not have the uniform appearance of a mass produced item.
DELIVERY
We deal with your orders as quickly as possible. Post and packing (DHL) £5.99 within the UK. Overseas? no problem just ask us how much and be sure to let us know the satchel you are interested in.
Where the item is in stock we aim to wrap and post it the same day unless you are a night owl, shopping at 11pm and then we will be operating the next day! There is a 14 day turnaround to have the bag made if it is not in stock. Please allow 7 days for embossing.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
We love hearing from our customers and many stay in touch and send photos for the Photo Gallery. In the rare instances where a customer is disappointed or dissatisfied we aim to resolve the issue quickly. If for any reason you have a complaint, please call us on:

Where a problem takes longer than expected to reach an acceptable solution, we will keep you informed of progress.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
If, for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will issue a full refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer. Any faults must be brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are very proud of our satchels and want to make sure that customers are happy and come back!

We strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of posting from your Post Office. We ask that you pay for the postage if the error was on your part and if we are at fault (or the satchel is in any way faulty) then we will pay.
Please note that once embossed we cannot sell the satchel again and so cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless of course there is a fault with the satchel in which case we will make things right. The same applies to bespoke bags.
CANCELLATIONS
Did you click and then have a change of heart? no problem, just email us at sales@cambridgesatchel.co.uk and we will cancel the sale. If the product has been posted then follow the procedure above, send it back in a re-saleable state and we will give you a refund for the full cost and original postage charge.
The Cambridge Satchel Company reserves the right to cancel an order or refuse to sell to customers.

Please note that all photographs and images on this website are copyright Cambridge Satchel Company and may not be used or reproduced without written permission having been granted. Whilst every effort is made to take photographs in natural light, different browsers and monitors might affect the brightness and contrast of the colours. We have tried our best to give accurate representations of the colours of the bags.
PRIVACY
Customer details are never shared with third parties other than Paypal or World Pay who process payments on their secure servers. Any credit card details taken by The Cambridge Satchel Company in order to process a transaction are destroyed following successful completion of that transaction. The Paypal privacy policy can be viewed on the Paypal site www.paypal.co.uk
